Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Boho Brown. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Policy

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at helpline@bohobrown.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions and our return address
  3. Pack your items securely with original tags attached
  4. Ship your return using a trackable shipping method (we recommend keeping your tracking number)
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges! If you need a different size or color, let us know and we'll send your replacement at no additional shipping cost. To request an exchange, email helpline@bohobrown.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We'll send your new item as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at helpline@bohobrown.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us right away at helpline@bohobrown.com. We'll send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
