For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
We offer free exchanges! If you need a different size or color, let us know and we'll send your replacement at no additional shipping cost. To request an exchange, email helpline@bohobrown.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We'll send your new item as soon as we receive your return.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at helpline@bohobrown.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
If you received the wrong item, contact us right away at helpline@bohobrown.com. We'll send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
