Shipping & Delivery

At Boho Brown, we offer free shipping on all orders to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (United States): 7–10 business days from ship date
  • International: 10–14 business days from ship date

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing. We ship worldwide! Whether you're in California or Copenhagen, we're happy to send Boho Brown to your doorstep.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. If you don't see tracking updates within 24 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, don't worry — it can sometimes take a day for the carrier to scan the package.

International Orders

For international shipments, please note that you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@bohobrown.com. We can only change the address if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote locations may experience longer delivery times. We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, please allow extra time during peak shopping seasons (holidays, sales events) and be aware that weather conditions or carrier delays are beyond our control.
