What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at helpline@bohobrown.com if you need to make changes.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make perfect gifts for the free spirits in your life. They never expire and can be used on any purchase.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders, both domestic and international. No minimum purchase required!

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Domestic (US) & International: 10–14 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to customers worldwide. International shipping is free and typically takes 10–14 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's progress.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I start a return?

Email us at helpline@bohobrown.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Exchanges are free. If you need a different size or color, just let us know and we'll send the replacement at no extra shipping cost.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Are all items returnable?

Most items can be returned, but final sale items, intimate apparel, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Account and Security

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save items to your wishlist, and checkout faster on future purchases.

How do I reset my password?
